My wife purchased this a couple weeks ago and it came before the estimated arrival date packaged discretely. It contained a soft cloth bag for storage and a magnetic charging cord. We decided to try it out that night and it was already charged up ready to go. Gave it a good cleaning and used it. The various modes for both the ears and shaft are very nice. My wife didn’t even have a chance to work all the way through them before she was well taken care of. The only recommendation I would have is tone down the lights on the buttons. It was very bright and shined right in her eyes while she was using it. This product is definitely going to get a lot of use. Well worth the money.
